(Not that Cho Chang isn't already kind of evil. Methinks she'll either die, or date a slytherin next. Or date a slytherin and die? O_o I mean, she's already dated people from hufflepuff, gryffindor and her own house, so the only house left to date is slytherin.)

I was just kidding, I don't think she's evil in the sense of what we normally call evil. I guess some fans are just jealous because she gets to date nearly all the good-looking ones in the HP books. XD
